Meet the team
When you join Own, you're assigned one coach and you keep them. But your plan gets built with the whole team's input so you get a person who knows your name, your schedule and your goals, backed by a whole team of expertise.

Most people have the time and space to achieve their goals, they have just convinced themselves it's too hard, too far away and not enough time in the week.
How I'll help you
I'm good at spotting the excuses that keep you stuck. I mean that kindly — everyone has them, and most people can't see their own.
Then we swap them for habits that survive a bad week, not just a good one. You're not going to get a stricter version of your life back. You'll get one that actually fits.
What I'm good at
Nutrition assessment and prescription. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition, so your meal plan comes from actual nutritional science rather than whatever's doing the rounds on Instagram this month.
Strength and hypertrophy programming.
Building around real constraints: your schedule, your budget, the gym you've got access to, and the food you actually like eating.
How I train & eat
My training: I am all about fun. My week is a mix of biking, running, swimming, cardio (reading on the stairmaster) and training. Since I want to be able do all of the fun stuff, I have to be specific with my gym training to get the most out of the least sessions.
A day on my plate: Breakfast have been a chia pudding (fibre queen), lunch is a pesto pasta salad and dinner is steak, a potato gratin and vege!
Go-to recipe: At the moment, charred cabbage! What a delish way to use a vegetable that is usually gross.
